First Lodge Meeting at the Bayside Masonic Centre

Last night, Jan 23 2018, the first ever Lodge meeting at the New Bayside Masonic Centre was held and hosted by Mount Scopus and Collegians Lodge No. 689. In all there were 43 attendees. A marvellous talk was delivered in the Lodge room by WBro. Alan Jackson on the reclaiming of Jerusalem and the Western Wall during the 6 Day War in June 1967.

We all then retired to the South for a great dinner which was was prepared in the new state of the art kitchen. We were the “crash test dummies” for the night. There were a few glitches but nothing major. We were honoured to be the first Lodge to hold a meeting there.
