Our three great principles
Brotherly love
Every true Freemason will show tolerance and respect for the opinions of others and behave with kindness and understanding all people.
Relief
Freemasons are taught to practise charity, and to care, not only for their members, but for the community as a whole, through charitable giving and voluntary effort.
Truth
Freemasonry strives for truth and requires high moral standards of its members.

What do our members think?
“When I see people become actively involved, I see them really improve themselves, I’ve found them to be a lot happier members of the community, better parents, better friends, better men. That is what Freemasonry is all about.”

“We help other people regardless of their background or where they come from. It’s not about doing good things for the community to be recognised for it, it is about doing good things because you want to.”

“We are simply good men seeking to make life better for ourselves, for our families, and for the broader community. Freemasonry is like a family, a special family. You adopt them, and they adopt you and you never want to let go of them.”

"Freemasonry is best described as a fraternity where by our actions, we live in a more tolerant community. Together we provide positive influences at every level of society and elevate our characters by supporting each other."
